I’ve always loved roasted chickpea snacks but the ones in the store are either expensive, wrapped in 3 layers of plastic, or filled with preservatives. These roasted chickpeas rich and little spicy but it uses simple ingredients to keep it easy and allergy friendly.
I tried following a few recipes before but the chickpeas either came out soft or went soft when they cooled. So far, these chickpeas have lasted about 3 days before they lose their crispiness. This has the same ingriedents to the Cajun spice mix use: Spice & Co Cajun ‘Louisiana’ Spice Mix.
