Mac & Cheese was a favourite of me and my siblings when I was younger. We would eat it at restaurants, mums homemade version, and the processed packet stuff.

This recipe is way better than I remember those recipes being. I’ve had a few vegan Mac & Cheeses but this is definitely my favourite.

COMFORTING VEGAN MAC & CHEESE

If you wanted to make this gluten-free it’s as simple as using gluten free pasta and checking that the vegan cheese you’re using is gluten-free. If you can’t find gluten-free cheese just sub the cheese for nutritional yeast.

You should be able to get nutritional yeast at any good health food store or at some grocery stores. But if you can’t get access to it in person, Amazon sells it: Vegan Nutritional Savoury Flakes 400 g.
